Sometimes our families want to go out to eat, and sometimes we just need life to be easy, darn it... Fortunately, fast food doesn't have to mean unhealthy anymore! There are plenty of options at most restaurants for anyone who wants to keep it on the healthy side.

Ahhhh summer. 'Tis the season for vacations and road trips! And while I do love a good airport treat and a bag of gummy cherries from the gas station, I know that fueling my body with healthy snacks will ensure that I am feeling great by the time we reach our destination.
I am excited to share some favorite travel snacks that I like to pick up at Trader Joe's before we hit the road. But come on...I do also keep most of this stuff on hand at home too because these snacks are awesome when not traveling as well!

Before a new round begins, clients will often reach out to me and ask what groceries they should pick up at the store. While I let them know that there really is nothing they need to do ahead of time to prepare (we cover all of that in the first week!), I keep a list of my go-to groceries that I am always happy to share.
These are the groceries that we generally keep in stock, and then depending on our meal plans for the week, we will add additional ingredients. (I'll save the meal planning post for another day!) I encourage clients to adjust based on their individual needs and tastes. Just because we like almonds doesn't mean everyone does! That's one of the best parts about the FASTer Way to Fat Loss program...you get to eat what you like!
I hope this list is helpful for you too. Click HERE for a printable version and reach out with any questions! XO
You all, get yourself on Amazon and order an air fryer STAT. This is actually our second one - we used our first so much that it quit working on us!
Click HERE to check out and purchase the air fryer that works well for my family!
We cook in the air fryer at least three nights a week. Salmon, chicken, veggies, you name it, you can air fry it.
The kids love it when I make homemade fries for them. All you have to do is cut russet potatoes into fry strips, soak in cold water for a few minutes and drain. Toss in a bit of olive oil and air fry until brown and crispy. Dump on a sheet tray and season with salt. If you have to make several batches, continue to add to the sheet pan and when they are all ready, throw back in the air fryer for few minutes to heat them up. Serve with organic ketchup! ENJOY! XO
